Position Overview:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role within an advertising agency or related industry.
3. Exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and visual storytelling.
4. Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
5. Solid understanding of advertising and marketing principles, with the ability to translate them into impactful visual concepts.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and provide constructive feedback.
